We are currently not able to cancel your order after it has been submitted the reason for this is that the system sends it directly to the warehouse for processing.
So if the order was submitted by mistake, the best option is to initiate a return and we will process your return for full refund, with an exclusion of a $10 return fee.

If you would like to add items to your already submitted order, the best course of action will be to place an additional order. Our shipping is free, so this will not result in any additional charges except for the new order value.
If you want to remove items from your already submitted order, the best option at this point is to initiate a return once the item is shipped to you. We will process your return for full refund, with an exclusion of a $10 return fee.

Since each state has its own tax legislatures that are also subject to change, the sales tax will be calculated based on the shipping address at the time of checkout.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on our bedding bundles via UPS Ground. Express Shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional fee which will be calculated upon checkout.
If you are placing an expedited order, please note that orders must be placed by 12pm EST to ship within the same day. Please note that expedited shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
Dewberry’s processing times are 1-2 business days, but we promise to try our best and ship it out to you as fast as we can. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with confirmation as well as tracking information. You can also track your order status using your order number and your email address.
We currently ship only within the United States, but please check back for updates on our upcoming shipping destinations.
If you want to modify your shipping address after you have submitted your order, the best way to do so is to contact UPS directly or through a UPS My Choice account which enables you to modify addresses and track shipments in real time.
Returns & Exchanges
We are confident in the quality of our product, but we will also always strive to make it better by listening to our customers and applying changes as we go. We also know that sometimes people are not happy with their purchase for various reasons, and if that’s the case, we will accept your return within a full year from the day of your purchase. We trust our customers and their sense of sustainability, so we know that if you return the product at any point, it is because something has not satisfied you. We will happily take your feedback and do our best to have you come back.
We do not exchange items as this time. If you want to exchange an item, please place a new order for an item of your choice and have your old purchase returned to us.
Our standard return policy applies to the bedding that has been washed. If you are not happy with your purchase after you have washed it and had your child try it for a night of comfy snooze, then we will accept it back and donate it with a charity of our choice.
Bedding
Our bedding is made in renowned Guimaraes region of northern Portugal, by a small factory specialized in crafting the highest quality home essentials.
Our bedding is GOTS-certified organic throughout the entire supply chain. Certificate number CU1108569
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibers, including ecological and social criteria, backed up by independent third-party certification of the entire textile supply chain.
Dewberry’s bedding sets are specifically made with items that are designed to complement each other through colors and patterns. Hence, our sets cannot be customized and are sold as illustrated on our website. In the future, we may offer mix and match bundles, but our initial products are offered in sets only.
When you open your newly purchased bedding set, we recommend you wash it before use.
All items in your bedding set should be washed with warm water on regular or gentle cycle. We recommend mild laundry detergents and no bleach, but if you absolutely have to use bleach, please use non-chlorine version. Avoid using drying sheets and fabric softeners: they leave a residue on the fabric that stiffens the bedding over time. Without their use, the bedding will get even softer over time.
To avoid color fading and weaking of the fabric fibers over time, dry your laundry on low heat or try to air dry it whenever possible. You can also start the drying in the drying machine and finish off on a drying rack.
Bedding sets is our signature item: they are functional and easy to purchase: you don’t have to face the frustration of liking a design and being able to purchase the pillowcase, but not the duvet, because it is sold out. You also do not have to try and find a matching duvet for your sheets – we have already pre-matched them in the set.
However, we started Dewberry to offer our customers what we think they will find most useful. Over time, if we find that our customers have special preference for separates, we will consider bringing such products to the market as well.
