Refund policy
We want you to feel confident with your Dewberry Kids purchase. Bedding products may be returned within 365 days of purchase, even if they have been washed or used.
A $10 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount for each returned bedding set. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and reviewed. Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you would like and start a return for the original purchase. The original item will be refunded according to this return policy, minus the $10 flat-rate return shipping fee.
Final Sale Items
Some items are marked as final sale and cannot be returned. Final sale items will be clearly identified on the product page or during checkout.
